Delete your Mintful account
You can delete your Mintful account and its data at any time — from the app, or without it. Mintful is made by ProTech Software Labs FZ-LLC.
In the app (iOS and Android)
Open Mintful → Profile → Delete account → confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away and you're signed out.
Without the app
Email hello@mintful.app from the email address of your Mintful account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple's "Hide My Email", write from that relay address or tell us which address you used. We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address and sign-in (email, Apple or Google)
- Your profile and goals: weight, height, age, sex, activity level, diet, targets
- Every meal: photos, thumbnails, descriptions and nutrition estimates
- The purchase identifier that links Mintful Pro to your account
Data that only ever lived on your phone (check-ins, quick-add meals, preferences) is removed when you delete the app.
What is kept
- Backups purge on their own cycle within a further 35 days after deletion.
- Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their policies.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store account settings (iOS) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Android).
