Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Mintful, or tap Manage on the Mintful paywall. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for your Mintful purchase.
Are the nutrition numbers exact?
They're AI estimates from photos and text — great for spotting patterns and building habits, but not a medical measurement. You can refine any estimate in the app.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Mintful uses Apple Health data when it's available, and works just as well with the details you enter yourself.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the app, or email us and we'll remove your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your nutrient insights are computed on your device and never uploaded, we don't sell data, and there are no ads. You can export everything you've logged anytime.
